The City hereby authorizes the delivery and performance of the obligations under Loan Agreement. Section 5. Sale of the Series A Bonds and Delivery of the Series B Bonds. The City hereby approves the sale of the Series A Bonds by negotiated purchase with the Underwriter, pursuant to that certain bond purchase agreement on file with the City Clerk (the "Purchase Agreement"), and the sale of the Series A Bonds pursuant to the Purchase Agreement is hereby approved. The Cityl further approves the form of the Purchase Agreement presently on file with the City Clerk with such changes as may be approved byi the Mayor or City Manager upon the recommendation of the City Attorney and Bond Counsel. The City hereby approves the forms of the Regulatory Agreement, Notes and Deeds of Trust presently on file with the City Clerk with such changes as may be approved by the Mayor or City Manager upon recommendation of the City Attorney and Bond Counsel.
