Intention. The City Council hereby declares that <br />it is its intention to seek the Formation and Annual Levy of <br />the District pursuant to the Act, over and including the land <br />within the District boundary, and to levy and collect annual <br />assessments on all such land to pay the costs of the <br />following: operation, maintenance and services for street <br />trees, parkways, median islands, perimeter landscaping, <br />slopes, open space and all appurtenant facilities and <br />operations related thereto, as well as the servicing and <br />maintenance of street lights and operations related thereto. <br />Section 2. Boundaries and Designation. The boundaries of the <br />District are described as the boundaries of the City of Colton <br />set in the Annual Levy Report of the District within the City <br />of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California. <br />Section 3. Notice of Public Hearing. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC MEETING AND A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THESE MATTERS WILL BE HELD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON AT 7:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, JULY 18, 1995 AND <br />TUESDAY, AUGUST 1, 1995, RESPECTIVELY, OR AS SOON THEREAFTER <br />AS FEASIBLE IN THE REGULAR MEETING CHAMBERS LOCATED AT 650 <br />NORTH LA CADENA DRIVE, COLTON, CALIFORNIA 92324. <br />Section 4. Notice. The District shall give notice of the <br />time and place of the Public Meeting and Public Hearing to be <br />mailed by first class mail to all property owners within the <br />proposed District who will receive a new or increased <br />
