R-18-21. <br /> <br />Staff Presentation <br />City Attorney Campos presented for Council consideration an overview of the agenda item and requested <br />approval of staff’s recommendation. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />The following community members addressed the Council: Annette Lira (electronic correspondence); Natalie <br />Brown; and Freddy Diaz (telephone communication). <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM González/MPT Cisneros to approve adopt Resolution No. R-18-21. <br />Vote: Motion carried with CM Echevarria absent. <br /> <br />(1) Urgency Ordinance - Moratorium on Warehouses, Distribution Centers, Truck Storage Facilities and <br />Related Uses - AN URGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A TEMPORARY 45-DAY MORATORIUM ON THE <br />ESTABLISHMENT, EXPANSION, OR MODIFICATION OF WAREHOUSES, DISTRIBUTION <br />CENTERS, TRUCK STORAGE FACILITIES AND RELATED USES THAT ARE LOCATED, <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF COLTON, ORDINANCE NO.
