Restoration of Services
1. In order to restore service discontinued under provisions of Policy No.
16., "Discontinuance and Restoration of Service", during Normal Working
Hours there will be a reconnection charge for expenses of turning the
service on, as provided for in Policy No. 27., "Customer Service Fees".
If service is terminated at the pole or underground service location,
because the meter is inaccessible, a charge for restoring service will be
assessed in addition to other amounts due.
2. In case the Customer's service is discontinued for nonpayment of bill for
service, the Utility will require the Customer to re-establish his
credit by the making a cash deposit as provided herein.
3. For reconnections made during other than Normal Working Hours, an
additional charge shall be made on the normal reconnect, and, if service
has been terminated at the pole or underground service location, an
additional charge shall be made as provided for in Policy No. 27.,
"Customer Service Fees".
4.
