Beginning in Fiscal Year 1997-98, the $100,000 administrative fee paid <br />to the City of Colton by the County of San Bernardino pursuant to the Memorandum of <br />Understanding entered into by the City of Colton and the County of San Bernardino effective <br />July 5, 1995 (the "MOU") shall be allocated only to projects located within a one and one-half <br />( 1 1/2) mile radius of the County Medical Center. <br />SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the City Council by this <br />resolution agrees that it shall require a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the entire membership of the City <br />Council, upon findings and determinations in accord with the provisions of this Resolution, to <br />authorize the allocation of the $100,000 administrative fee paid under the terms of the MOU to <br />any project outside the one and one-half (1 1/2) mile radius imposed by this resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, <br />ATTEST: <br />Malik Dantala <br />City Clerk <br />George V.
