That pursuant to the requirements of the laws of the <br />State of California relating to General Law cities, there is called and <br />ordered held in the City of Colton, California, on Tuesday, November 5, <br />1996, a Special Municipal Election of the qualified electors of the City, to <br />be consolidated with the Statewide General Municipal Election, for the <br />purpose of submitting the question of the recall of George V. Fulp, Mayor <br />along with the question regarding the election of candidates to fill said <br />vacancy if the recall prevails. <br />SECTION 2. That on the ballots to be used at the election, in <br />addition to any other matters required by law, there shall be printed <br />substantially the following: <br />Shall George V. Fulp be recalled from the <br />Office of Mayor? <br />YES <br />NO <br />Candidates to succeed George V. Fulp, if he is <br />recalled.
