Upon adoption of this Resolution and continuing so long as Freeman <br />continues to serve as Interim City Manager, compensation for services provided by Freeman as <br />Interim City Manager shall be $100,000 per year in salary together with full City Executive <br />Employee benefits as set forth in Resolution R-84-93 or any subsequently enacted resolution <br />setting benefits for Executives of the City. <br />SECTION 3. The City Council reserves the right to adjust, positively or negatively, <br />salary compensation for the permanent position of City Manager as well as benefits accorded <br />that position upon completion of a comprehensive salary survey covering the position of City <br />Manager and such other positions as may be subjected to similar evaluation within the City. <br />Appointment to the permanent position of City Manager shall carry with it the salary and benefit <br />package approved by the City Council prior to making such appointment, which may be less <br />than the salary and benefits accorded the position of Interim City Manager by this Resolution. <br />SECTION 4.
