R-01-97 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-131-90 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, that <br />Resolution R-131-90, abandoning an alleyway in the City of Colton, is hereby amended as follows: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Colton having elected to proceed under the <br />provisions of Section 8300 et. sea• of the Streets and Highway Code of the State of California, and <br />having held a public hearing as provided therein, hereby finds from all the evidence submitted that all <br />that portion of an alleyway south of Mill Street and north of Hunter Road in the City of Colton, County of <br />San Bernardino, State of California , described as follows: <br />ALL THAT REAL PROPERTY AS DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT <br />RECORDED IN BOOK 2910, PAGE 254, OFFICIAL RECORDS <br />(Legal description attached as Exhibit A) <br />SECTION 2.
