I budget must be adopted by a resolution of the city Council; and 2 3 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the city of Colton does hereby resolve as follows: 4 5 SECTION 1: City Council hereby adopts the changes to the terms and conditions of 6 employment for the Teamsters Union Local 1932 Mid -Managers employees, the International 7 Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47 Water and Wastewater Division, the Police 8 Management Association and the Colton Fire Fighters Association effective immediately. These 9 changes remain in effect until repealed or superseded: and 10 SECTION 2: The City Manager is authorized to execute implementation of these MOU's 11 on the City's behalf: and 12 13 SECTION 3: City Council hereby amends the FY2021-22 Budget to increase appropriations as follows: 14 15 1. Increase appropriations from General Fund Reserves in General Fund Police Department Salaries and Benefits Account Number 100-6070-6071-1010-0000-000 by 16 $41,281 for changes to the Colton Police Management Association MOU; 17 2. Increase appropriations from General Fund reserves in General Fund Non 18 Departmental Salaries and Benefits Account Number 100-1000-1000-1010-0000-000 19 by $24,932 for changes to the Teamsters Union, Local 1932 — Mid -Managers 20 Employees MOU; 21 3. Increase appropriations from General Fund reserves in General Fund Fire Department Salaries and Benefits Account Number 100-6090-6091-1010-0000-000 by $218,111 22 for changes to the Colton Firefighters Association MOU; 23 4. Increase appropriations from the Water and Wastewater Fund reserves respectively in 24 Water Fund Salaries and Benefits Account Number 521-8100-8101-1010-0000-000 by 25 $280,270 and Wastewater Fund Salaries and Benefits Account Number 522-8200- 26 8200-1010-0000-000 by $280,270 for changes to the International Brotherhood of 27 Electrical Workers Local 47, Water and Wastewater Division; 5. Increase appropriations in the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund Salaries and Benefits 28 -2-
