with respect to subjects within the scope of representation. The <br />understandings arrived at after the exercise of that rights are set <br />forth in this MOU and constitute the complete and total contract <br />between the City and the SBPEA with respect to wages, hours, and <br />other terms and conditions of employment. Accordingly, all wages, <br />hours, and terms and conditions of employment in this MOU and in the <br />consolidated MOU shall remain in full force and effect for the term <br />of this MOU, provided, however, that the parties may, upon mutual <br />agreement, re-negotiate any part or provisions of this MOU during <br />its term. All practices enjoyed by the employees at the present <br />time, which are not included in, or specifically changed by or <br />contradictory to this MOU are subject to meet and confer prior to <br />implementing any proposed change. <br />Any prior or existing Memoranda of Understanding between the parties <br />regarding matters within the scope of representation are hereby <br />superseded and terminated in their entirety. <br />9.
