IV. CALL BACK PAY: The City agrees to increase the minimum <br />compensations for call back pay from (1) hour to (2) hours <br />effective July of 1999. This increase will be subject to all the <br />current provisions in the MOU and will only apply to meetings if <br />there is not 72 hours advance notice. <br />V. UNIFORM MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCE: The City agrees to increase <br />the uniform maintenance allowance from $52.50 to $70.00 per month <br />effective July, 1999. <br />VI. MAINTENANCE OF BENEFITS CLAUSE: The Memorandum of <br />Understanding shall contain all covenants, stipulations and <br />provisions agreed upon by the parties. It is understood that all <br />items relating to employee wages, hours and other terms and <br />conditions of employment not covered by this MOU are covered by <br />existing ordinances, resolutions, policies and practices of the <br />City. Except as modified in this MOU, all existing prescribed <br />economic and fringe benefits shall remain in full force and <br />effect during the term of this Agreement, unless agreed to by <br />both parties and so modified in writing. <br />VII. MAINTENANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: All other <br />terms and conditions of employment shall remain in full force and <br />effect as set forth in other Memoranda of Understanding. <br />VIII. NO STRIKE PROVISION: The Colton Police Officers Association <br />and its members, officers, agents, employees, representatives, <br />and all persons acting in concert or participating with them, <br />shall not engage or perform, directly or indirectly, any and all <br />of the following acts: striking or calling or inducing a strike <br />or work stoppage, including a work slowdown, or being absent from <br />work claiming illness when not ill in the nature of a strike. <br />11/23/98 <br />Exhibits Police r&f amendment <br />
