Section 3. Notice of Public Hearing. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC MEETING AND A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THESE MATTERS WILL BE HELD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AT 6:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, JULY 7, 1998, OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS <br />FEASIBLE IN THE REGULAR MEETING CHAMBERS LOCATED AT 650 NORTH LA <br />CADENA DRIVE, COLTON, CALIFORNIA 92324. <br />Section 4. Notice. The District shall give notice of the time and place of the Public Meeting and Public <br />Hearing to be mailed by first class mail to all property owners within the proposed District who will <br />receive a new or increased assessment, not less than 45 days prior to the Public Hearing. The City <br />Clerk shall also give notice of the time and place of the Public Meeting and the Public Hearing by <br />causing the publishing of this Resolution twice in a newspaper of general circulation for two (2) <br />consecutive weeks not less than ten (10) days before the date of the hearings, and by posting a copy of <br />this Resolution on the official bulletin boards customarily used by the City Council for the posting of <br />notices. <br />Section 5. Annual Assessment.
