This appeal is being <br />withdrawn in light of the compromise which we reached after meetings between yourself, City <br />Manager Henry Garcia, City Attorney Sonia Carvalho, me, and Reche Canyon's principals and <br />experts. On behalf of Reche Canyon, I wish to thank the City of Colton, and especially yourself, City <br />Manager Garcia, and City Attorney Carvalho for your efforts in resolving this matter. I believe that <br />the compromise which we have reached benefits not only Aeche Canyon but the residents of the City <br />of Colton as well. <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
