Best Best & Krieger LLP shall follow all procedures <br />as established by the City and Agency consistent with its duties as City Attorney and General <br />Agency Counsel. <br />9. Cooperation With City Manager. Best Best & Krieger LLP shall work <br />cooperatively with the City Council and City Manager and keep them informed on all matters of <br />importance as they arise. <br />10. Termination of Agreement and Legal Services. This Agreement and the <br />Services to be rendered under it may be terminated at any time upon thirty (30) days' written <br />notice from either party, with or without cause.
