The City Council excepts the recommendation of the Ad Hoc Committee and <br />hereby authorizes the City to continue to work with L&L Towing and Anderson Enterprises, and Tri - <br />City Towing, Inc. until such time as the City's new tow truck franchise ordinance and implementing <br />regulations take effect and two additional franchises are selected.
