The Agreement Regarding the Lease and Management of the Hermosa Gardens <br />Cemetery the ("Agreement"), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The City Manager, with the concurrence of the City Attorney, may make any <br />necessary minor final revisions to the Agreement before it is fully executed. <br />Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Agreement and all attachments <br />thereto. <br />Section 4. City staff, under the direction of the City Manager, are hereby authorized to take <br />all necessary actions to carry out the City's obligations under the Agreement. <br />Section 5. The City Council believes that approval of the Agreement is in the public interest, <br />and hereby recommends that the City Council approve the Agreement. <br />Section 6.
