A more detailed <br />n of each Public Improvement Project is on file with the Agency Secretary. The <br />cost of each Public Improvement Project as set forth in the right-hand column of the <br />subparagraphs is preliminary in nature and is subject to further refinement and <br />ion by the City and the Agency upon completion of the public contract bid documents <br />specifications described in Section 7 of this Resolution at such time as the work of <br />improvement of each specific Public Improvement Project may be commenced. <br />Section 3. The City Council hereby acknowledges that the Planning Commission has <br />Oso considered the December 7, 1999 recommendation of the citizen advisory committee for the <br />Santa Ana River Redevelopment Project relating to the Public Improvement Projects and that the <br />Planning Commission has in accordance with the provisions of Government Code Section 65402 <br />5ubmitted its report to the City Council and the Agency which indicates that the acquisition and <br />installation of each Public Improvement Project is consistent with the General Plan of the City of <br />Section 4. The City Council hereby finds and determines that each Public Improvement <br />has also been identified in the 1999 Implementation Plan for the Santa Ana River <br />Project as potential capital improvement projects, which may be undertaken using <br />tax increment revenues of the Agency, including the available balance of the Santa Ana River <br />ad Account, within the next five (5) years as part of the redevelopment program to accomplish <br />redevelopment of the Santa Ana River Redevelopment Project. The City Council further finds <br />I determines that the use and application of the tax increment revenues of the Agency, including <br />available balance of funds of the Santa Ana River Bond Account, to pay for the cost of each <br />the Public Improvement Projects will assist in the elimination of one or more blighting <br />inside the redevelopment project area of the Santa Ana River Redevelopment Project. <br />28�COLT/0001/DOC/296 <br />h/18/99 1:15 j� <br />- 4 - <br />
