The area depicted on Exhibit "A" requires study to determine if a <br />redevelopment project, or projects, within said area is feasible. <br />Section 2. The area depicted in Exhibit "A" and referenced in Section 1 <br />herein is hereby depicted as a redevelopment survey area. <br />Section 3. The Planning Commission of the City of Colton is hereby <br />authorized and directed, in cooperation with the Redevelopment Agency for the City of <br />Colton, to select a redevelopment project area from within the boundaries of the survey <br />area and to formulate a preliminary plan for the area so selected for submittal to the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton. <br />Section 4. The findings and determinations herein shall be final and <br />conclusive. <br />THIS RESOLUTION SHALL TAKE EFFECT UPON THE DATE OF ITS <br />ADOPTION. <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2000. <br />e <br />DEIRDRE H.
