The foregoing recitals are true and correct and are incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br />Section 2. The City hereby agrees to purchase the Property from the <br />Agency for the purchase price, terms and conditions as provided for in the Transfer <br />Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 3. The City hereby approves entering into that Transfer Agreement <br />with the Agency for the purchase of that real property located at 655-661 N. La <br />Cadena Drive, Colton, California and authorizes the Mayor Pro -Tempore to execute <br />the Asset Transfer Agreement, substantive in form and content to that which is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A" to the Resolution and any other documents that have <br />been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney and are necessary to consummate <br />the purchase of the Property. <br />Section 4.
