The location and custodian of the documents and any other material <br />which constitute the record of proceedings upon which the City Council based its decision to adopt this <br />negative declaration is as follows: David R. Zamora, Community Development Director, City of Colton <br />Community Development Department, 659 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA 92324, (909) 370-5079. <br />SECTION 8. The City Council directs staff to file a Notice of Determination and a <br />Certificate of Fee Exemption (De Minimus Impact Finding) with the County of San Bernardino within <br />five (5) working days of project approval. <br />SECTION 9. Effective Date.
