R-67-00 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION R-97-98 OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR <br />MEMBERS OF THE COLTON FIREFIGHTERS <br />ASSOCIATION AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the results of meetings <br />between representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the Colton Firefighters <br />Association held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. Seq.. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understanding, <br />marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and <br />adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be effective <br />,as of July 1, 2000, contingent upon signature of the City's representative. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1 s t day of Aum 2000. <br />DEIRDRE H.
