July 1 from the prior fiscal year shall be paid off on July 1. Employees who wish to exercise <br />their option to sell back holiday hours on July 1 must process a written request toFinance no later <br />than June 15 of the prior fiscal year. <br />V. MAINTENANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: All other terms and <br />conditions of employment shall remain in full force and effect as set forth in other Memoranda of <br />Understanding. <br />VI. POST CERTIFICATES: The City agrees to increase certificate pay by $35, effective the <br />first payroll period after July 1, 2001 as detailed below: <br />Each affected employee shall receive the following monthly amounts if he/she possesses the <br />requisite POST Certificates. <br />Intermediate Advanced Supervisor Management <br />Police Lieutenant $258 $339 $405 $569 <br />Police Captain $265 $351 $420 $592 <br />VII.
