The fees and fee increases set forth in Exhibit A are hereby adopted, <br />approved and in effect as of the date of this Resolution as the official fees of the City of Colton <br />for the referenced public services. <br />4. The cost estimates of the fees set forth in Exhibit A are reasonable cost I <br />estimates for the provision of the applicable City services. <br />5. There is a reasonable relationship between the fees to be collected for the I <br />provision of the City services as set forth in Exhibit A. <br />6. The fees and fee increases set forth in Exhibit A do not exceed the actual or I <br />estimated cost for the provision of the public services to which they relate. <br />7. The fees and fee increases set forth in Exhibit A are necessary to enable the <br />City to provide the services to which they relate. <br />8. This Resolution shall repeal portions of Resolution No. R-129-94, as well as I <br />any other resolution(s) or portions thereof, to the extent that such resolution(s) or portions thereof I <br />are in conflict with this Resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5' day of September, 2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />`ZAROLINA P.
