I RESOLUTION NO. R-80-00 <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON TO CONSIDER <br />3 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR <br />MEMBERS OF THE COLTON INTERNATIONAL <br />4 BROTHERHOOD ELECTRICAL WORKERS AND <br />THE CITY OF COLTON <br />5 <br />6 WHEREAS,, the City Council has given full consideration to the <br />7 results of meetings between representatives of the City of Colton and <br />8 representatives of the International Brotherhood Electrical Workers <br />9 held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. Seq.. <br />10 NOWf THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of <br />11 Understanding, marked Exhibit NN X1 and attached hereto, is <br />12 incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />13 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein <br />14 shall be effective as of July 1, 2000, contingent upon signature of <br />15 the City's representative. <br />16 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED thisc.. day of 2000. <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 DEIRDRE H.
