XVIL MAINTENANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: All other terms <br />and conditions of employment in existence immediately prior to the effective date of this <br />MOU and not altered by this MOU, shall remain the same, unchanged, and in full force <br />and effect unless altered by the mutual agreement of the City and the Union. <br />XVIII.
