1. Power Line Technician, Powerline Helper, Line Crew Supervisor, Service Crew <br />Supervisor, Substation Supervisor, Senior Substation Electrician and Substation <br />Electrician. <br />2. Meter Operations Supervisor <br />3. Maintenance Electrician <br />3.0% <br />1.3% <br />.05% <br />(No other classifications had received the 2 -Hour credit in the previous year.) <br />The wage adjustments will be effective September 2, 2000. Employees shall receive a <br />minimum of two hours of work time for travel and actual work whenever they report to <br />the City Corporate Yard or the applicable location in response to a call back to work. <br />XIV. BENCHMARK ADJUSTMENTS: The Electric Utility Inspector will be benchmarked at <br />95% of a Power Line Technician's wage and the Senior Substation Electrician will be <br />benchmarked at 10 1 % of a Power Line Technician's wage. <br />2 "d Year <br />XV. SALARY INCREASE The City agrees to a 4% salary increase for all employees in the <br />unit and an additional 2 1/2% or 6 1/2% for the Powerline Tech ob family", the Substation <br />Electrician, the Substation Supervisor, and the Sr. Substation Electrician classifications <br />(7/2001). <br />XVI. COMPENSATION STUDY: The City agrees to perform a compensation study of the <br />Maintenance Electrician and Meter Reader "job family" classifications and implement the <br />results by July 2001. The compensatory study for the Meter Reader "family" will use the <br />Electric Meter Reader classification as the surveyed class and will use the cities of Azusa <br />and Riverside for comparison.
