Based on the entire record before the City Council, all written and oral evidence <br />presented, and the findings made in this Resolution, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />adopts the Cultural Resources Preservation Element of the City of Colton General Plan, <br />which was approved by City Council action on September 5, 2000 and is in the custody of <br />the City Clerk. The Cultural Resources Preservation Element is made a part hereof and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />2. Based on the entire record before the City Council and all written and oral <br />evidence presented, the City Council finds the Element: 1) promotes the goals and <br />objectives of the General Plan, 2) is consistent with the other General Plan elements, and <br />3) leaves the General Plan a compatible, integrated, and internally consistent statement <br />of policies. <br />3. Based on the entire record before the City Council and all written and oral <br />evidence presented, the City Council finds the Element complies with CEQA for the <br />following reasons: <br />The Negative Declaration states that the Cultural Resources <br />Preservation Element will not have a significant adverse impact on the <br />environment. <br />4. The location and custodian of the documents and any other materials which <br />constitute the record of proceedings upon which the City Council based its decision are as <br />follows: Henry T. Garcia, City Manager, City of Colton, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, <br />California 92324, (909) 370-5051. <br />5. This Resolution shall become effective upon its adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
