The City Council hereby requests the Planning Commission to prepare <br />a report at the earliest feasible time, which confirms that the proposed financing and <br />construction of the Intersection Signal Projects is in conformance with the General Plan of the <br />City, as set forth in Government Code Section 65402. <br />Section 8.
