1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />IO <br />it <br />12 <br />131, <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />RA <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />1 <br />I I proceedings, and directed the Reassessment Engineer to prepare and file with the City Clerk a <br />report in writing containing the matters specified in Section 9523 of the Refunding Act; and <br />WTIEREAS, said Reassessment Engineer has prepared and filed with the City <br />Clerk a report in writing containing the matters required by Section 9523 of the Refunding Act, <br />which said report was presented by the City Clerk to the City Council for consideration; and <br />WHEREAS, said report was carefully considered and reviewed by the City <br />Council, and the City Council was fully advised in the premises, and on the basis of such <br />review the City Council found and determined that, as set forth in said report: <br />(1) each estimated annual installment of principal and interest on the <br />reassessments (other than amounts added to such annual installments due to delinquencies in <br />the payment of the assessments for the Prior Bonds) for the assessment district for which the <br />Prior Bonds were issued is less than the corresponding annual installment of principal and <br />interest on the portion of the original assessments being superseded and supplanted by the same <br />percentage for all subdivisions of land within such assessment district; <br />(2) the number of years to maturity of the Refunding Bonds <br />(3) allocable to such assessment district for which the Prior Bonds <br />were issued is not more than the number of years to the last maturity of <br />the Prior Bonds for such assessment district; and <br />(4) the principal amount of the reassessment (other than amounts <br />added to such principal amount due to delinquencies in the payment of the reassessments for <br />the Prior Bonds) on each subdivision of land within such assessment district for which the <br />Prior Bonds were issued is less than the unpaid principal amount of the portion of the original <br />assessment being superseded and supplanted by the same percentage for each subdivision of <br />land within such assessment district; and accordingly the City Council found and determined <br />that all of the conditions in connection with the issuance of the Refunding Bonds specified in <br />K <br />
