I RESOLUTION NO. R-106-01 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, 3 COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMENDING 4 RESOLUTION R-22-99 TO THE FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND TWENTY-YEAR TRANSPORTATION PLAN. 5 WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. R-22-99, based on good faith reliance 6 7 adopted the Five -Year Capital Improvement Program and Twenty -Year Transportation Plan. 8 WHEREAS the City Council is now aware of "a mistake of fact" in that the City made 9 expenditures from the Measure I fund for project not shown on the Five -Year Capi 10 Improvement Plan. Measure I requires that all expenditures of Measure I revenue be bas 11 upon the Five -Year Capital Improvement Plan. The City Council wishes to amend sE 12 Resolution No. R-22-99 to be in compliance with Measure I requirements by adding the f 13 14 199/2000 Pavement Rehabilitation Program, in the amount of $102,503 to the Measure I Fiv 15 11 Year Capital Improvement Program and Twenty -Year Transportation Plan, Exhibit A. 16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Coltoi 17 resolves as follows, the local project, FY 1999/2000 Pavement Rehabilitation Phase I. bo 18 included in the Measure I Five -Year Capital Improvement Program, Exhibit A. It is furthe 19 20 resolved that this amendment is effective on adoption and amends and supercedes Resolutior 21 R-22-99 where inconsistent therewith. 22 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this 6th day of November 2001. 23 24 25 DEIRDRE H.
