The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to file for <br />recordation the appropriate forms of notice of street vacation, including these proceedings, when the <br />City Manager has confirmed that the following conditions have been satisfied: <br />(i) The conditions set forth in the City Engineers recommendation in his report dated <br />April 9, 2001 (DGVS-91-00) at page 5 have been satisfied by the applicant for <br />DGVS-91-00; and <br />(ii) The applicant for DGVS 91-00 has accepted the improvement permit terms, has <br />applied for the public street permit and has performed the various items as required in <br />conditions set forth in DGVS-91-00. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April 2001. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P. :. <br />City Clerk <br />DEIRDRE H.
