Continue the regular review by City staff of environmental documents prepared pursuant <br />to the California Environmental Quality Act for any new development projects proposed in neighboring jurisdictions <br />including, but not limited to, the cities of San Bernardino and Rialto and the County of San Bernardino, that may <br />affect or increase the flow of surface and storm waters into the City of Colton. City staff should ensure that relevant <br />comments are provided to the lead agency to ensure that the environmental impact on the City of Colton's storm <br />drainage system is minimized to a level of insignificance. <br />3.
