The Agreement shall be dated as of the date <br />on which is Resolution is approved by the City Council. The <br />provisions of this Section 3 shall have no further force or <br />effect unless the Agreement has been fully executed by the <br />parties by no later than the date indicated in the <br />Agreement. <br />Section 4.
