The Recitals of this Resolution <br />are true and correct. The City Council hereby acknowledges <br />its receipt and review of the document entitled "Mitigation <br />and Property Owner Redevelopment Cooperation Agreement <br />(Squires Lumber Co, Inc.)" in the form attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A" (the "Agreement"). <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby approves the <br />plan of improvement of the lands owned by the Property <br />Owner, as set forth in Exhibit "C to the Agreement. <br />Section 3. The City Council hereby approves the <br />Agreement as presented at the meeting at which this <br />Resolution is adopted, and the City Manager and the City <br />2 <br />
