A copy of the Agreement in the form <br />submitted to the City Council at the public meeting is on <br />file with the City Clerk. <br />Section 3. The City Council hereby approves, <br />receives and files the Agreement in the form submitted at <br />the public meeting. <br />Section 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City of <br />Colton together with such technical and conforming changes <br />as may be requested and recommended by the Redevelopment <br />Director for the Agency and approved by the City Attorney. <br />The signature of the Mayor on the Agreement shall be <br />conclusive evidence that the Agreement has taken effect. If <br />the Agreement is not fully executed by the Agency, the City <br />of Colton and the EVLC, for any reason, within thirty (30) <br />days following the date of adoption of this Resolution, the <br />authorization granted to the Mayor to execute the Agreement <br />on behalf of the City of Colton shall be of no further force <br />or effect. <br />Section 5. Provided that the Agreement is fully <br />executed by the Agency, the City of Colton and EVLC, within <br />the period of time set forth in Section 4 of this <br />Resolution, the Redevelopment Director for the Agency is <br />1192 <br />
