Vote: Unanimous (3) Residential Rate Modification - SB 1383 Compliance TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO INTRODUCE BY TITLE ONLY AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO MODIFY RESIDENTIAL RATE- SB 1383 COMPLIANCE, ORDINANCE NO. O-10-22. Mayor Navarro declared the Public Hearing open. City Clerk Padilla submitted the Notice of the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. Mayor Navarro announced, with no objection by councilmembers present, the public hearing continued to June 21, 2022. (4) Fee Update - Community Services Department Fees TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO APPROVE AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON UPDATING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICES PERFORMED BY THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT, RESOLUTION NO.
