R-130-02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING BY AND BETWEEN THE SAN <br />BERNARDINO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (MID - <br />MANAGER EMPLOYEES UNIT) R-83-01 AND THE CITY OF <br />COLTON <br />WHEREAS, THE City Council of the City of Colton has given full consideration <br />to the results <br />of <br />meetings between representatives of <br />the City of <br />Colton and <br />representatives <br />of <br />the Colton Mid -Manager Employees <br />Unit held <br />pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 3500 et. Seq. <br />NOW, THERE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Memorandum of Understanding, <br />marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof <br />and adopted hereby. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions provided herein shall be <br />contingent upon signature of the City's and Employee's representatives. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
