City Furnished Services <br />Engineering Department will provide all available record maps; bench mark datum and <br />reference materials necessary to perform the work. Colton City Engineer will review and <br />approve all final design considerations. <br />Selection of Consultant <br />The selection of the consultant for Land Surveying Services will be based on the <br />proposal submitted and the following qualifications: <br />1. Knowledge and experience of the firm in providing similar services. <br />2. Ability to complete the scope of work in a timely manner. <br />3. Fee schedule, to be based on an hourly fee defining cost break down as follows: <br />A. Two party survey crew (Surveyor and surveyor helper) <br />B. Three party survey crew (Surveyor and two surveyor helpers) <br />For billing purposes a 4 -hour base fee minimum will be used for services. <br />Fee Schedule <br />Please submit your fee schedule under separate cover. The selection will be based first <br />on the proposal submitted, the qualifications of the firm, and then the fee schedule. <br />Selection Process <br />The selection process is as follows: <br />1. Review and evaluation of the proposals received. <br />2. Demonstrated ability of the consultant to perform the work required. <br />3. Ability to commence work beginning March 4, 2002 for a term of two years. <br />4. Thoroughness of the consultant's scope of the proposed work. <br />3 <br />
