1 5. The fees and fee increases are necessary to enable the City to provide <br />2 the services to which they relate. <br />3 6. The fees and fee increases set forth in Exhibit "A" are hereby adopted, <br />4 approved and in effect as of the date of this Resolution as the official fees of the City of Colton <br />5 for the public services referenced in Exhibit "A". <br />6 7.
