I RESOLUTION NO. R.107-22 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2119, PASSED AND ADOPTED BY 3 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ON THE SIXTH DAY 4 OF DECEMBER, 1960, TO INCLUDE RESTRICTED PARKING.: ALONG C ST. (NORTH SIDE ONLY) FROM PENNSYLVANIA AVE. 5 TO TERRACE AVE., AND RV CENTER DRIVE (SOUTH SIDE ONLY) .FROM MILANO WAY (MOBILE HOMES ENTRANCE) TO 160 FEET 6 EAST 7 WHEREAS, the City of Colton .("City") is a municipal corporation duly s organized and :existing. pursuant to. the Constitution and laws of the State of 9 California; and, 10 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton desires to improve the traffic 11 flow, safety, and circulation within the City jurisdiction; and, 12 WHEREAS, the City desires to address the traffic safety concern along C 13 Street and: RV Center Drive; and, 14. WHEREAS, on September 14,. 2022 the City Traffic Committee approved and 15. recommended parking restriction .along C St. (north side only) from Pennsylvania Ave. to Terrace. Ave., and RV Center Drive (south side only) from. Milano Way (Mobile 16 Homes entrance) to.160 feet east. 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 1.8 CITY OF COLTON DOES. HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: 19: 20 SECTION 1: The.City Council of the City of. Colton hereby adopts the recitals contained in this resolution as findings in support of restricting parking along C St. 21 north side only). from Pennsylvania Ave. to Terrace Ave.., and .RV Center Drive south 22 side only) from .Milano Way (Mobile Homes entrance) to 160feet east. 23 S.ECTION.2: A::Section is hereby added to Resolution No. 211.9 (Section 23) 24 restricting parking along C St. (north side only) from Pennsylvania Ave.. to Terrace Ave. arid.
