1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />5 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />SECTION 4: If any provision or clause of this Resolution or any application of <br />it. to any person, firm, organization, partnership or corporation is held invalid, such <br />invalidity shall. not affect other provisions of this Resolution which can be given effect <br />without the invalid provision or application. To this end, the provisions of this. <br />Resolution are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 5s The City Council hereby finds and. determines that it.can be.seen. <br />with certainty that there is no possibility that this Resolution may have a significant <br />.adverse effect on the environment. Thus, the adoption of this Resolution is exempt <br />from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources <br />Code §§ 21000 et seq.).
