The proposed car wash will <br />be developed with appropriate. setbacks and. architectural detail and scale, ensuring <br />that this project will be compatible with the surrounding commercial uses. to help <br />revitalize the area. <br />o Policy LU-15.4: "Encourage a balance of land uses to encourage activity each day <br />Of the week and after business hours." As previously mentioned, the ordinance will <br />provide more commercial uses that will facilitate more intense commercial <br />development that is currently lacking in this area.
