Holidays during annual leave: In the event one or more municipal <br /> holidays fall within an annual vacation leave, such holidays shall not be charged as <br /> vacation leave, and the vacation leave shall be extended accordingly. <br /> Section 7. Annual leave upon termination: Employees who terminate employ- <br /> • <br /> ment shall have their total vacation earned and their total vacation taken, computed. <br /> In the event accrued vacation leave earned remains, such employee shall be paid in <br /> a lump sum. In the event vacation taken exceeds vacation earned, the difference shall <br /> be deducted from the final payment.
