. t N. •l <br /> 2 . That Rule XI, Section 4 of Resolution No. 2509 is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> Section 4. Scheduling Annual Leave: An employee's vaca- <br /> tion may be taken any time during the calendar year (the year <br /> beginning in January) . The specific time shall be determined <br /> by the Department Head with due regard for the wishes of the <br /> employee and particular regard for the needs of the service. <br /> Specifically, this means that after one full year in service <br /> an employee may be granted his vacation prior to his anniversary <br /> date.
