Echevarria <br /> Council Members Absent <br /> None <br /> CEREMONIAL MATTERS <br /> Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br /> • San Bernardino Valley Water Agency Check Presentation <br /> Board Member of the San Bernardino Valley Water Agency, Milford Harrison, recognized and <br /> applauded the City of Colton for its dedication to water conservation; and introduced Kelly Maloney, a <br /> representative of the agency,to share a brief history of the City's involvement and progress in water <br /> conservation. The director of the agency presented a check for$173,000 to Mayor Navarro and <br /> encouraged the City to continue striving to conserve more. Jessica Sutorus,the Environmental <br /> Conservation Supervisor, took a moment to recognize Cecilia Griego, Senior Water Conservation <br /> Specialist, for her hard work and personal contribution to the City's water conservation success. <br /> • Recognition- Aliylah Guerrero <br /> Council Member Echevarria presented a Certificate of Recognition to Aliylah Guerrero for her success <br /> in winning first place in the San Bernardino Valley College drawing contest.
