APPOINTMENTS • Appointment-Utilities Commission- Eric Strutz—D1 MPT Toro submitted the name of Eric Strutz for appointment to the Utilities Commission. Consensus by Council Members present, no objections, so ratified. MAYOR AND COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS None PUBLIC HEARINGS (1) Adult Use Regulations Code Amendment- TIME AND PLACE FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO INTRODUCE BY TITLE ONLY AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO AMEND CHAPTERS 18.49 (ADULT USE REGULATIONS) OF TITLE 18 (ZONING) OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 18.49.170 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH AMORTIZATION PERIODS FOR NONCONFORMING ADULT USES CITYWIDE, ORDINANCE NO. 0-11-23. The Mayor opened the Public Hearing. The Deputy City Clerk Vargas submitted the Notice of Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk's Office) and there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. Staff Presentation Mark Tomich, Director of Development Services, presented for Council an overview of the agenda item and requested approval of staff's recommendation. Public Comment None Motion and Second by CM Gonzalez/MPT Toro to close the public hearing. Vote: Unanimous, Motion Passes.
