R-19-01 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ACCEPTING AN <br />ADDITIONAL $9,000 IN THE LANDSCAPE LIGHTING & MAINTENANCE DISTRICT FUNDS <br />AND AMENDING THE ADOPTED BUDGET FOR A TOTAL FY 2000 - 2001 APPROPRIATIOI\ <br />OF $288,868. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton desires visually pleasing <br />landscaped areas; and <br />WHEREAS, the FY 2000 - 2001 Landscape Lighting and Maintenance Districi <br />budget provides for reserve funds totaling $290,980; and <br />WHEREAS, the LLMD has a need for an additional Maintenance Worker I position <br />in order to meet the ongoing and future needs of the District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Colton accept an additiona' <br />$9,000 in Landscape Lighting & Maintenance District funds amending the adopted <br />budget for a total FY 2000 - 2001 appropriation of $288,868 AS FOLLOWS: <br />Salaries & wages - $6,600. <br />Fringe benefits - $2,400. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS _ DAY OF <br />DEIRDRE BENNETT, MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA BARRERA, CITY CLERK <br />
