REQUEST FOR FEE CREDITS/WAIVERS <br />SUNWEST ENTERPRISES <br />(Traffic Impact Fees) <br />By waiving the remaining unpaid fees of $74,154, the City will in effect make a <br />contribution to the Developer for completion of the remaining street improvements <br />estimated to cost $83,138.
