AkV r }� kr�eaq� hereinafter referred to in the <br />masculine/singular as <br />WHEREAS, <br />Owner <br />WITNESSETH: <br />(a) Ow he Y— is the owner of certain real property <br />in the County of San Bernardino as more particularly hereinafter described; and, <br />(b) On or about the �Zo f+�V'ch 12X I, he applied fora sewer <br />connection for improvements on said real property; and, <br />(c) One of the conditions of the issuance of the said sewer connection was <br />for the annexation by him of said real property (located at: <br />^ Q �j <br />- - 115-7 �GGr �G �n�E'1 1 �i� 12 ��`T <br />and, <br />(d) It is deemed necessary at this time for said property to receive a sewer <br />connection; and, <br />6 <br />
