1 That portion of Government Lot 8 and the Northeast 1/2 of <br /> Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino <br /> 2 Base and Meridian, in the County of San Bernardino, accord- <br /> ing to the official plat of said land filed in the District Land <br /> 3 Office, August 21, 1876, describes ab follows: <br /> 4 Commencing at the Centerline Intersection of Mill Street and <br /> Rancho Avenue, said corner being also on the corporate limits <br /> 5 of the City of Colton; thence Southwesterly along the centerline <br /> of Rancho Avenue, also being the City Limits of the City of <br /> 6 Colton, a distance of 167. 5 feet to the True Point of Beginning; <br /> thence continuing Southwesterly along said centerline of <br /> 7 Rancho Avenue a distance of 499 feet; thence South 89° 58' 09" <br /> West to the corporate limits of the City of San Bernardino; <br /> 8 thence North along said corporate limits of the City of San <br /> Bernardino to the South right of way line of Mill Street, also <br /> 9 known as Merrill Avenue; thence Easterly, Southerly and <br /> Easterly along said corporate limits of the City of San <br /> 10 Bernardino to a point on the Center line of Rancho Avenue, <br /> said point being the True Point of Beginning. <br /> 11 <br /> ADOPTED this 26th day of August, 1964 by the following vote: <br /> 12 <br /> AYES: Councilmen Coltrin, Holtzendorff, Kaney, Spragins , Oliva <br /> 13 <br /> NOES: Councilmen None <br /> 14 <br /> ABSENT: Councilmen None <br /> 15 <br /> ELIZABETH DAVIS <br /> 16 City Clerk <br /> 17 Signed and approved this 26th day of August, 1964, <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> yor <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
